Free 90 Days Warranty Extension
1. From Nov 25th, 2019 to January 15th,2020 ("Campaign"), Huawei/HONOR brand handset/tablet product end users can redeem 90 days warranty extension in HiCare App, once redeem successfully, the initial warranty period of the device will be extended for additional 90 days.
2. Free 90 Days Warranty Extension applies to products purchased from domestic official sales channels which are still under warranty. In-box accessories such as charger, earphone is not covered by warranty extension.
3. One device is allowed to redeem 90 Days Warranty Extension one time, redemption steps refer to the introduction of the campaign web page.
4. 90 Days Warranty Extension redemption is subject to verification of device SN and/or proof of purchase provided by customer. Huawei reserves the right to seek such additional documents and/or information from the customer as it may deem appropriate.
5. End user is allowed to redeem 90 Days Warranty Extension in HiCare App for the current device only.
6. Warranty information of the device will be updated in three (3) business days from the date of redemption in system. End user can query the status through HiCare App or Huawei official website.
7. Repairs during the 90 Days Warranty Extension period is subject to Huawei warranty policy.

Discounts on Spare Parts: Big Deals on Mainboards; Incredible Screen Offers; Amazing Battery Campaigns
8. In the campaign, available models' end users are entitled to discounts on spare parts for out-of-warranty repairs include screen replacement, mainboard replacement, and battery replacement, etc. without limitations of repair times. Original price refer to HiCare App or Huawei official website.
9. Only original spare parts will be used for authorized repair by Huawei.
10. Spare part replaced during the out-of-warranty repair is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of replacement.

Free Screen Protector Installation
12. In the campaign, available models' are entitled to get one time free screen protector application service.
13. Free screen protector application service is only applicable for walk-in customers, except HUAWEI customer service centers' employees, dealers, collection points, resellers and/or distributors.

15. The free screen protector is subject to first come first serve basis and while stock last.
16. The material type of screen protector is subject to actual supply by HUAWEI customer service center.

Holiday Gift
17. During Dec 1st 2019 - Dec 10th 2019，Jan 1st 2020 - Jan 10th 2020, all walk-in customers have chance to get a free holiday gift after service.
18. The holiday gift rule is according to the specific HUAWEI customer service center that you walk-in and quantity while stock last.
19. The holiday gift is subject to actual supply provided by HUAWEI customer service center.
20. Holiday gift is only applicable for walk-in customers, except HUAWEI customer service centers' employees, dealers, collection points, resellers and/or distributors.
21. The holiday gift is for personal use only, which shall not be used for sale or rent purpose.
