Free Diagnostics
1. How does this Free Diagnosis run a test on my device?
A: Our engineers will use the professional diagnosing tools to run an overall test on the device, which covers 10+ categories and 30+ detailed types, such as device performance, audio, display, touchscreen, camera, charging ability, SIM card, buttons, fingerprint identification and so on.
2. Can I request for repairing the device if diagnosed an issue?
A: If your device is still under warranty, and the issue is covered by warranty, then your device can be repaired for free. If not, we will quote you a fee for repair, and you can decide whether to accept or not.
3. If out-of-warranty issue has been diagnosed, and I would like to give up repair, do I still need to pay for the diagnosis?
A: No, you don't. During the HUAWEI Service PLUS period, HUAWEI will afford the diagnosis fee for you.
4. How long will the diagnosis take?
A: Usually takes 20 minutes. It may be longer in case of special situation.
5. Will HUAWEI retain my personal data during the diagnosis?
A: We promise you that your personal data will not be retained.
6. Will my personal data be deleted after the diagnosis?
A: The diagnosis will not delete your personal data. We suggest you to back up your data before the diagnosis service.

1. What is Spare Phone Service?
A: HUAWEI Customer Service Centers provide spare phones to customers who submitted their phones for repair, and wish to have a temporary device in hand for simple communications etc.
2. How much does it cost?
A: No cost required. We offer free spare phones.

A: All customers whose phones are under maintenance with HUAWEI.

- 1. HUAWEI Service PLUS (“Service”) is a service package in addition to the limited warranty, the limited warranty policy can be found at https://consumer.huawei.com/ae-en/support/warranty-policy/
- 2. HUAWEI customer service centre staff will provide the Service only after the customers sign the “Services and Maintenance Terms” agreement.

3. HUAWEI may terminate the Service if:
- a. Customer breached the regulation of the Service set by HUAWEI.
- b. Customer abused the Service in a manner which is deemed as fraudulent, criminal, or illegal.
- c. Customer provided incorrect or false information to HUAWEI during the Service.
- 4. HUAWEI has the right to decide the content of the Service, the exact way of execution and end date.
- 5. HUAWEI’s use of customer's personal data is according to Privacy Statement.
- 6. Photo taken during the Service will be used for promotional purpose only.
- 7. HUAWEI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
