Register for the Gold Member VIP Service through the pre-installed HiCare app on your device within one month of making your device purchase
&
Retain valid proof of purchase of your device indicating your date of purchase, which will be provided by you when using the Gold Member VIP Service

How to activate registration of the Gold Member VIP Service

Open the pre-installed HiCare app on your device.

Log in to your HUAWEI ID account when prompted. You will need to have created a HUAWEI ID account to activate registration.

When you log in to your HUAWEI ID account from the HiCare app you will automatically activate registration of the Gold Member VIP Service.

You should see a pop up on screen confirming activation of your membership.

How to use the Gold Member VIP Service

Simply send your device with valid proof of purchase to your nearest HUAWEI Service Center.

If necessary, please call the HUAWEI hotline for assistance and details of your nearest Service Centre.

You will find details of HUAWEI’s Service Center address’ and the hotline number inside the HiCare app.
