  1. During the promotional campaign from 18 December 2017 to 4 February 2018, you can purchase your Huawei Mate10 Pro at most mobile phone service providers and in qualified speciality shops in UK.

  2. The campaign is open to all private customers living in UK who purchase a HUAWEI Mate10 Pro in UK from 18 December 2017 to 4 February 2018. Employees of HUAWEI and the agencies involved in the promotional campaign and their family members are not allowed to take part. The promotional offer does not apply to devices that have been acquired from private sellers or in online auctions.
    To be eligible, you must register on http://consumer.huawei.com/uk/campaign/mate10-pro-upgrade 45 days after your purchase and claim your gift code. After registering, you will receive an e-mail confirming your participation. As proof of purchase, you must upload a photo of the original packaging with a visible sticker showing the IMEI number and a photo on which the sales receipt and the promotional smartphone can be seen. HUAWEI reserves the right to request the original sales receipt at any time.

  3. You are eligible if the product was purchased during the campaign period. The date of the request / order is considered to be the date of purchase. If you do not have an invoice or have an invoice with a later date, you should include your online order as proof of purchase.   4. Please photograph the packaging in such a way that the IMEI can be seen clearly and the IMEI can be read.

  5. Persons who have registered and are eligible to take part in accordance with the terms of participation will (usually) be sent the campaign voucher by e-mail to the e-mail address they have stated within 30 business days of registering.

  8. HUAWEI reserves the right to request the original sales receipt and / or the original IMEI number of the product packaging at any time. Once the documents have been checked, they will be returned to you. For this reason, you should keep your invoice / original sales receipt and the original product packaging.
