My HUAWEI FreeBuds/FreeLace series earbuds automatically enable or disable ANC, or switch to Awareness

Problem

The earbuds automatically enable or disable ANC, or switch between ANC and Awareness.

Cause

The touch control area on the earbuds is accidentally touched, triggering touch controls by mistake.

Solution

1. It is recommended that you use both earbuds at the same time.
2. If the sensor area of the earbuds is touched when the earbuds are in your pocket, on a desk, in your palm, or in a bag, touch controls may be triggered by mistake. It is recommended that you place the earbuds in the charging case or storage bag, when you are not wearing them.
   

   For HUAWEI FreeLace Pro series earbuds, avoid touching the touch control area on the left earbud, as this may trigger touch controls by mistake. When you are not using the left earbud, open the AI Life/HUAWEI Audio Connect app, access the earbuds card, and go to Gestures > None.

3. It is recommended that you take the earbuds off before you go to sleep or when you are lying on one side.
4. The touch control area of the earbuds or your hand may have sweat on it. Wipe off any sweat and try again.
5. When you are wearing a mask, the earbud handles may become moist due to the moisture caused by breath, which may trigger touch controls by mistake. Try adjust the position of the mask.
