I failed to register a HUAWEI ID using a phone number or an email address

The problem may be caused by the following reasons:

  1. The phone number or email address you are using to register a HUAWEI ID has been associated with another HUAWEI ID. To protect your account, one phone number or email address can be associated with only one HUAWEI ID.
Solutions:
  • Use a different phone number or email address that has not been associated with a HUAWEI ID.
  • Use the phone number or email address that has been associated with a HUAWEI ID to log in.
  1. You have used the same device (your phone or computer) to register a HUAWEI ID multiple times. Therefore, the registration function of your device, phone number, or email address is temporarily disabled. To prevent improper registration behavior such as multiple registration of invalid accounts, an upper limit has been set for the times that a device can be used to register a HUAWEI ID. When the number of attempts exceeds the limit, the registration function is temporarily disabled.
