I forgot my HUAWEI ID password, what should I do?

You can reset the password using the following methods:

On your phone:

If you have not logged in with your HUAWEI ID, please go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Forgot password?.

If you have logged in with your HUAWEI ID, please go to Settings > Account security > Security centre and click Reset password.

On a PC:

Go to https://forgot.cloud.huawei.com to reset your password.
