2- HUAWEI Service Mega Offers contained multiple types of offers, the terms and conditions of each part are as following:

a-HUAWEI Service Giving Season

· 100% original spare parts will be used for repair.
· This promotional activity is valid for repairs/replacements of defected or broken spare parts for out of warranty repairs only.
· Damaged spare parts will be replaced with 100% original spare parts, considering that the damaged spare parts will be disposed of so that they cannot be returned.
· This promotional activity is valid through the visiting one of the HUAWEI authorized Service Centers.
· This promotional activity is valid only for set of specific products which are presented in the table above, and it is not valid for all products.
· This promotional activity is only applicable to HUAWEI customers in Jordan.

b- HUAWEI Care

· HUAWEI Care is a service protection product that offer a customer an extra warranty or protection type to his HUAWEI device.
· HUAWEI Care is applicable for selected models of HUAWEI devices and not include all HUAWEI devices.
· HUAWEI Care must be purchased within a limited time from purchasing the device, this limited time is differ based on the type of HUAWEI Care.

c-Battery Replacement

· This Battery Replacement event is valid at all HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers in Jordan.
· This event is applicable to selected models only, participating models can be queried in Spare parts.
· Applicable only to battery replacement, excluding other issues and repairs.
· 5 JOD is only the Battery price, excluding Labor fees & 16% VAT.
· The replaced spare parts are entitled for additional 90 days of warranty starting from the collection date. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling/human induced damage.
· First come first serve basis. Subject to parts availability.
· 5 JOD Battery Replacement promotion is not applicable with other ongoing event promotion.
· Both walk in customers and dealers are entitled to participate in this event.
· HUAWEI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

d-Maintenance without Labor Fee

· It includes (Mobiles, Tablets) , it is applicable for from 2nd - 4th Aug 2022.

e-HUAWEI Service Day

· It includes (Mobiles, Tablets) , it is applicable for from 6th - 8th Aug 2022.

f-Get a New Look for Free
