HUAWEI launches Together 2020 HUAWEI Warm Action
Recently, HUAWEI has launched Together 2020 HUAWEI Warm Action (from 16-03-2020 to 30-06-2020) which aims to relieves their end-users’ anxiety about the inconvenience of repair service under the current situation. Together 2020 HUAWEI Warm Action consists of two parts as follows:
FREE Warranty Extension
Considering end users may be not able to visit customer service centers before the device’s warranty expires or customer service centers nearby are temporarily closed, HUAWEI promises that the warranty of devices (purchased from the official domestic sales channels) which expire between [16-03-2020] to [30-06-2020] will be extended to [30-06-2020], HUAWEI Care /Screen Protection of devices (purchased from the official domestic sales channels) which expire between [16-03-2020] to [30-06-2020] will be extended to [30-06-2020].

A: Yes, you need to pay for the repair charges which include spare part charge, labor charge and tax.

A: No, it won't. It will still be subject to your device's original warranty period if it is longer.

Terms & Conditions for Together 2020 HUAWEI Service Warm Action

Together 2020 HUAWEI Service Warm Action (“Activity”) is organized by Huawei Technologies Kuwait Co. WLL (“HUAWEI”) and applicable to all HUAWEI users. This Activity will run from March 16th, 2020 to June 30th, 2020 (“Activity Period”). HUAWEI shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Activity Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.


FREE Warranty Extension

• The device must be purchased in HUAWEI’s official sales channel in Kuwait.

• The warranty period (including Screen Protection) of Huawei devices which expire between [16-03-2020] to [30-06-2020] will be extended to [30-06-2020].

• The eligible models are all Phones/ Tablets/ Wearables/ FreeBuds 3

• Each eligible device’s warranty period will be extended for one time only though the device may have repair or replacement record.

• Customer’s claim for repair shall conform to HUAWEI warranty policy or terms and conditions of HUAWEI Care.

• HUAWEI reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
