  • Check for cracks by light or torch

• If the display is normal and the screen is intact after switching on, then only the external screen is broken and can be replaced separately.

• If there is a black screen, incomplete screen display, white bars, splash screen after powering on, the inner screen may also be damaged.

• If visible cracks are found on the outer surface under light. This means that only the external screen is damaged and can be replaced separately.

• If distinctly different cracks are found on the inner and outer surfaces in the light, the inner screen is also damaged.

1. Screen Glass Replacement event is valid at HUAWEI Authorized Service Center [Global]. Please review the online support team or service center team for the supported models.

2. This event is applicable to selected models only.

3. Applicable only to broken external screen, excluding other issues and repairs.

4. The campaign price includes spare part price, labor charge and tax.

5. The replaced screen glass is entitled for additional 30 days of warranty starting from the collection date. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling/human induced damage.

6. First come first serve basis. Subject to parts availability. Offer ends on stock-out.

7. Screen Glass Replacement is not applicable with other ongoing event promotion.
