"Compatibility Mode" is displayed on my Word document

Problem
After the user opens Word, Compatibility Mode is displayed at the top next to the file name.
Cause
This happens when you are using a higher version of Office software (for example, Office 2019 or Office 2016) to open a Word document that is written using an earlier version (for example, Office 2003).
Solution
Open a Word document, click File in the top-left corner, go to File > Compatibility Mode, and click Convert.
Click OK. Check whether this issue has been resolved.
