    A: The campaign will be active only in Aug 2020, and we will keep updating models and spare parts, which are subject to first come first serve basis and while stock lasts.

    A: You can participate in the Memory Upgrade by walking into a Service Center, sending your device for repair by distributor and postal repair.

    A: We kindly recommend you consult the stock of the participating Service Center and make a reservation in advance before arrival because of the limiting amount of spare parts.
  • 7. Q: Under what kind of circumstances can’t my device participate in the campaign?
    A: Your device cannot participate in the campaign if it 'wasn't repaired by HUAWEI Customer Service Center, being in liquid damage or bent.
  • 8. Q: Will my device data be saved when I participate in this campaign?
    A: For the security of your personal information, the data may not be saved after your device being repaired. Therefore, please back up your data in advance, ask for help from Service Centers, or reset your device.

Memory Upgrade "("Campaign"") is launched by HUAWEI Technologies (Mauritius) Co., Ltd "("HUAWEI"") and applicable to all HUAWEI customers. This campaign will be held from Aug 1, 2020 to Aug 31, 2020 "("Campaign Period"").

The activity is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are aged 18 years or over;

  • 1. HUAWEI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • 2. Models and spare parts will be constantly updated. Limited quantities, first come first served. For spare parts prices of other products, please visit the official website or Support App spare parts prices for more information.
  • 3. The price shown is the recommended retail price recommended by Huawei Terminal Co., Ltd., excluding labor costs. The labor cost is based on the quotation of Huawei Customer Service Center. The price may be different in other Huawei authorized Service Centers.
  • 4. Huawei will use only original spare parts for authorized repairs.
  • 5. The replaced spare parts during the out-of-warranty repair are subject to a 90-days commercial warranty from the date of replacement.
