Notifications

Go to Settings( > Notifications & Control centre for Android 11.0) > Notifications > HUAWEI FamCare on your phone and turn on all the switches.

Permissions

Go to Settings > Apps > Permissions > Autostart on your phone and turn on the switches for HUAWEI FamCare and HMS Core.

Setting background cleanup protection

Touch the recent tasks key ( or ) on your phone to display recent tasks. Then touch and hold the HUAWEI FamCare app screen and lock it.

Setting background power consumption protection

Go to Battery & performance > Battery > App battery saver > HUAWEI FamCare on your phone and select No restrictions.
