Huawei Vision Onsite Service is a product operated by Huawei Device Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Huawei") to provide you with onsite services. We understand the importance of personal information to you and will do our best to keep your personal information secure and reliable. We promise to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information according to mature security standards in the industry.

You promise to be an adult when you begin using this product/service. If you are a children, your guardian must agree to use it and agree to service terms.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, especially when our personal information processing damages your legitimate rights and interests, you can also file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction, file a complaint with the industry self-regulatory association or relevant government regulatory agency. 1. How we collect and use your personal information
Personal information refers to all kinds of information recorded by electronic or other means that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information.

Personal sensitive information includes ID card numbers, personal biometric information, bank accounts, property information, whereabouts, transaction information, and personal information of children under 14 years of age.

We will only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes as described in this statement:

(1) Provides you with the following core functions and services

1. Service functions: online installation application, online repair application, and online service progress query.

When you use the Onsite Service function, we will collect your name, mobile phone number, location information (province, city, district, and detailed address), fault information, product category, product model, and scheduled onsite visit date to identify faulty devices. Get in touch with you and provide on-site service.

To provide professional on-site service for maintenance engineers, we will encrypt and share your name, mobile phone number, and location information (province, city, district, and detailed address) with the service provider. We have signed a data processing agreement with the service provider. The service provider will process your personal information in strict accordance with our requirements and the data processing agreement.

If you do not provide or agree to share the preceding information, you will not be able to use the on-site service to apply for after-sales repair and check the service progress.
2. Protection of children
If you are a children, your guardian is required to agree to your use it and the terms of service. Parents or other guardians should also take appropriate precautions to protect children.
3. Your data subject's rights
To facilitate your access to and correction of your personal information during your use of the Huawei Vision Onsite Service, we provide you with the corresponding operation settings in the product design. You can follow the instructions below to perform operations.

Accessing Personal Information

Access basic information such as Onsite Service Request Status, Onsite Service Order Details, and more:

1) Choose Services > Quick Service > Service Record.

2) Enter the mobile number and verification code.

3) Perform information query and access.

4. Data storage location and duration
(1) Data storage location

The personal information we collect and generate under this service will be stored in Singapore server.

(2) Data storage period

We only retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purpose, and delete or anonymize your personal information after the retention period is exceeded, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

In the Huawei Vision Onsite Service, the retention period of your personal data is as follows:

Your onsite service data will be stored in the database for 2 years, starting from the creation time.

In addition, when our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you in the form of push notices or announcements, and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time.
5. How this statement is updated
Huawei reserves the right to update this statement in due time. When the statement changes, we will display the changed statement to you in a pop-up window. We will collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with the updated statement only after obtaining your consent.

This statement takes effect as of the date of update.
