Service widgets are not displayed after I swipe up on app icons within large folders on my Huawei phone/tablet

Problem:

Service widgets are not displayed after the user swipes up on app icons within large folders on the home screen.

Cause:

Currently, you cannot open service widgets by swiping up on app icons within large folders directly from the home screen.

Solution:

• Touch the app icon in the bottom right corner or the blank area of a larger folder to open the folder, then swipe up on an app to display its service widget.
• Move the app you want out of the large folder.
