The promotion is open to all customers of Huawei Device Philippines purchasing from Huawei Experience Stores (HES/H). In order to qualify for this Promotion, end-user must purchase any of the stated units below during the period from June 20 to August 31, 2017 (“Promotion period”). All employees of Huawei Technologies Philippines, partners and agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo.

All entries who did not win in any of the raffle draws, will be carried over to the succeeding draw. Winners can only win once.

Each raffle draw will have a DTI representative present.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be notified via registered mail and email. Will be given 60 days to acknowledge and confirm his / her prize from the receipt of notification. Otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of sponsor with prior to DTI approval.

Winners must reply thru email to acknowledge winning notification. Winners must send to harrell.j.oro1@huawei.com. Winners must choose and confirm his / her preferred flight details within 60 days upon issuance of prize. Ticket validity is 6 (six) months for international travel and 12 (twelve) months for local travel.

ON PRIZE AND CLAIMING:

Winners are required to present in hard copy two valid ID’s and the registered mail to claim his / her prize. All requirements must be submitted to Huawei Philippines, 12F Picadilly Star, Fourth Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila.

Upon submission and verification of the complete requirements to claim the prize, Huawei Philippines will email and turn over the travel voucher to the winners.

Huawei Technologies Philippines won’t be accountable for any rebooking of flights due to any reason of flight cancellation. All costs for rebooking will be shouldered by the winner.

Tickets are transferrable but not convertible to cash. Only one (1) transfer is allowed. No changes can be made once the ticket has been purchased. Further changes will be in the account of the winner.

Prize will be provided via a travel voucher. No pocket money will be provided to any of the winners.

Winners will be accountable for any visa application fees and travel taxes.

Huawei Technologies Philippines will pay for the 20% tax for prizes exceeding PhP 10,000.00
