Please note that HiCare Registration activity is only available for the device that is in basic version. Before you want to upgrade to EMUI 10, please check if your EMUI version number (Settings > System > About phone >Build number) is exactly the Basic version number in the form below. You have to complete all system updates through System update (Settings > System > System update) before signing up for the activity.
