1.  The battery online purchase for SAR 49 or SAR 299 is applicable from 24 March to 31 March, 2024 in Saudi Arabia.

2.  Battery Replacement Benefit price is SAR 49 or SAR 299 based on the device type are only applicable for selected devices during a selected period as mentioned in the offer page above.

3. Battery Replacement benefit which is purchased online and reflected in My HUAWEI App > Support > Benefits can be only used in HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers which located in Saudi Arabia or by sending the device to us via free postal service.

4. This offer is applicable till stock last, to make sure of the batteries stock availability of your device, please call 8001220888.

5. The prices of the batteries under this offer is only for batteries replacement, customers need to bear any other needed costs for this service such as but not limited to (screen and back cover replacement if they are broken or cracked).

6. Old batteries will be replaced by 100% genuine batteries, considering that the old batteries will be disposed so that they can’t be returned to customer.

7. The new replaced batteries are subjected to 90 days warranty from replaced date.

8. Customers can enjoy this offer by visiting one of the HUAWEI Service Centers which are located in (Riyadh, Khobar), or sending the device to us via free postal service.
