Scenario 1:
Problem:
When the Vision is powered on without being connected to an HDMI device (such as an STB or a computer), the default input source displayed on the home screen is HDMI and a message is displayed indicating that the Vision is searching for a signal.
Cause:
After Open default input on startup is enabled, the Vision plays content from the default input source. If no HDMI device is connected to the Vision, the signal search screen will be displayed on the Vision.
Solution:
Connect an HDMI device to the Vision to ensure a valid source input. If you do not have an HDMI device, go to Open default input on startup.

Problem:
The Vision is connected to an HDMI device (such as an STB or a computer) that is powered off. After the Vision is powered on, a signal search screen is displayed and it searches for 20 seconds. When a dialog box is displayed, clicking OK directs the user to the Vision home screen.
Cause:
The external device connected to the Vision is not powered on. Therefore, no valid HDMI input is available and the signal search screen is displayed. After the search times out, a dialog box will be displayed for you to confirm the search result. After confirmation, you will be directed to the Vision home screen.
Solution:
Connect the HDMI device to the power supply and ensure a valid source input.
