You can now enter our competition for a chance to win a luxury Safari holiday for two, or one of four swish UK hotel breaks.

Terms and Conditions of the HUAWEI Ravens Prize Draw
1. By taking part in the prize draw, the participant accepts these conditions.
2. The organiser is Huawei Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd. And Vodafone Group PLC (herein: “Organisers”).
2.2 This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with: The Tower of London.
3. Eligibility:
Open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the UK.
3.2 The Organiser’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the prize draw, are excluded from participation.
3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction of one entry per person per prize draw.
4. Participation
4.1 Participation is free of charges and fees and does not require the purchase of goods and/or services.
4.2 The promotional period starts on 11th May 2018. 07:30 and ends on the 13th May 2018 .23:59:59
4.3 To take part in the prize draw, one of the following actions are required: Take a picture of one of the HUAWEI Ravens either on the HUAWEI Raven vehicle touring around the country or instore at one of the participating Vodafone stores and then show a store adviser at the participating store your picture. They will then give the customer the link to enter their details into the HUAWEI Ravens prize draw.
4.4 Submissions containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, offensive, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and withdrawn by the participant. Submissions sent in through agents, third parties or multiple accounts will be disqualified.
4.5 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries to the prize draw or for any malfunctions or failures in the software that has been designed to maintain the participant’s details.
4.6 The Organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant who violates these terms, tampers with the prize draw, or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. If a participant is excluded, prizes and benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed. In this case, a new winner will be determined pursuant to the procedure in section 5.2.
5. Prizes, determination and notification of winners
5.1 The prizes are as follows
1 x Grand Prize: Two return flights in economy class from London to Johannesburg, direct overnight flight in both directions Three nights’ accommodation at Makanyane Luxury Safari Lodge Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner House wines, local beers, local spirits and soft drinks Early morning and afternoon game drives Use of the gym Park entry & conservation fees
4 x Runners Up Prizes: 1 night stay for 2 people sharing in a superior mansion room at the Grove Hotel in Hertfordshire. Breakfast for two, Dinner in the Stables Restaurant, Access to the gym and pool facilities and 1 optional extra activity per person such as spa treatment or round of gold (subject to availability).
5.2 The winners will be determined by random selection (draw) within 12 hours after the dead-line amongst all participants of the competition.
5.3 The winners will be notified via email within 48 hours after the deadline and hereby give their consent to the disclosure of their names on the Huawei social networks.
5.4 The winner must accept their prize by replying to the email message with their full contact details within a further 48 hours. If a winner fails to accept his/her prize within this period, his/her prize shall be forfeited. In this case a new winner will be determined pursuant to the procedure in section
5.5 Details about how to claim the prize will be sent via email once we have received acceptance of the prize and agreement to attend.
5.6 The winner will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prize and attending the event. The winner and their guest must have a valid passport confirmed before claiming the prize.
5.7 Prizes are subject to availability and the Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control make it necessary to do so.
5.8 Compensation of the prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.
5.9 The Organiser does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
5.10. Winner and guest will be responsible for their own travel insurance, transfers to and from all airports and hotels. Winner and guest will need to have valid passports at the time of departure and also for return.
6. Data Protection
By submitting an entry, participants agree to provide their personal information which will be used and disclosed by the Organiser, their partner in the competition and their authorised agents for the purposes of competition administration, prize fulfilment and future email marketing if the entrant opts into that method. 7. Miscellaneous
7.1 The Organiser’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organiser, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, but will endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
7.3 If any provision of these terms are held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
7.4 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these terms and conditions and the competition are subject to English Law.
