Problem
The user can drag the slider in the preview module on the left of File Explorer with the mouse, but smearing occurs when the user swipes on the touchpad with two fingers, or swipes quickly on the touchscreen. This issue only occurs when the user swipes with two fingers, or on the touchscreen.
Cause
This issue is caused by the design of the Windows 10 operating system.
Solution
Huawei has reported the issue to Microsoft. We recommend that you regularly check for Microsoft updates, and update Microsoft to the latest version.
