The screen does not respond when tapping it with the stylus pen

Problem:

The stylus cannot be used for writing as the screen does not respond when tapping it with the stylus pen.

Solution:

Perform the following to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Insert the stylus pen into your phone and connect them via the pairing prompt.

2. Press the button to activate the stylus pen and try again.

Check whether the stylus pen is powered off due to a low battery level. Insert the stylus pen into your phone, charge it for 5–10 minutes, and try again.

3. If the issue persists, pair the stylus pen with your phone again. To do so, go to Settings > Bluetooth > PAIRED DEVICES , and touch the settings icon next to the stylus pen, and unpair them. Insert the USB-C plug of the stylus pen into your phone again and pair it with your phone via the pairing prompt.
