Problem
After your phone has connected to the computer using Multi-screen Collaboration, the user uses the computer to send files to another one over Bluetooth, while at the same time, sends a file or video (about 2 GB) from one computer to another via Bluetooth. In this case, there is a high possibility that the transfer fails, and a prompt is displayed indicating the file is unable to be sent and asking the user to ensure that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the computer are enabled.
Cause
The allocated resources are insufficient when Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are used at the same time, resulting in the failure of Bluetooth file transfer.
Solution
Transfer the file again and see if this issue has been resolved.
