Problem
On the wireless desktop, the USB flash drive does not work after being connected to a USB-A port on the monitor.
Cause
The wireless desktop does not provide file system functions. A USB port on the monitor can only connect to a keyboard or mouse and does not work when it connects to storage devices such as a USB flash drive.
Solution
On the wireless desktop, you are advised to insert the USB flash drive into the host for use.
