Issue:
"An error occurred" is displayed when you open the Sberbank application and and click Update.
Cause:
The version of Sberbank preinstalled on your phone is too early and cannot be updated to the latest version in the app.
Solution:
You are advised to update the app to the latest version from Huawei AppGallery for better experience.
