FAQs About Using the Petal Maps Watch Version |
The planned route on my watch's navigation is not what I wanted.
Route planning is affected by multiple factors, such as real-time traffic conditions (including road priorities). Therefore, the route planning result may sometimes not be what you were expecting. We are continuously improving the Petal Maps algorithm models to deliver better route planning for you.

- The GPS signal is blocked or suffers from interference.
High-rise and densely situated buildings will affect GPS signal quality, resulting in poor positioning accuracy. You are advised to connect your device to a Wi-Fi network, or move it to an open area to receive a better signal.
The signal quality is usually poor in enclosed or confined places, such as tunnels, elevated roads, or mountainous areas, or when driving at a high speed. The GPS signal will return to normal once you leave these places. Try restarting your watch if the GPS signal remains consistently weak.
Metal or magnetic materials may interfere with and block GPS signals, thereby affecting signal quality. If you are using a magnetic case, a metal case, or a magnetic device holder (such as a suction bracket or cup), take your device out of the case or the device holder and try again.
Phone navigation cannot sync to the watch.
