If the Find Device app on your HUAWEI phone doesn't show your watch or cannot be used, troubleshoot as follows.
- Check your phone version. This feature is only available on HUAWEI phones running EMUI 11.0 or later.
- Make sure your watch is connected to your phone over Bluetooth.
- Download and install the latest versions of HUAWEI Cloud, Find Device, and Huawei Health from HUAWEI AppGallery. If you have installed these apps, update them to their latest versions.
- If the issue persists:
- Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your phone, then check that your watch is linked with the Huawei Health app, and try again.
- Disable and then re-enable Find My Phone by going to Find Device > Me, touching your profile picture, and going to Find Device > Find My Phone.
