What should I do if there is no ring-back tone, CRBT, or beep tone when I make a call?

Problem:

When a subscriber makes a call, he or she does not hear the CRBT, ring-back tone, or beep tone before the call is connected.

Cause:

The ring-back tone of the call is delivered by the network provider's network. If the ring-back tone (including the CRBT) is not heard during the call, the issue is caused by the network provider's network.
