- Open the Microsoft official website (http://signup.live.com), enter your email account, and click Next.
- Enter a password for your Microsoft account. The password must contain at least eight characters, and at least two of the following character types: Uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Click Next.
- Enter your first name and last name, and click Next.
- Enter your country, region, and birthdate, and click Next.
- You will then receive a verification email. Enter the code in the email, and click Next.
- Enter the characters in the image, and click Next.
- You will be directed to the Microsoft account homepage once you have successfully created an account.
