Problem
When the user starts up the computer for the first time, they are unable to access the system.
Cause
This issue may occur during configuration when the computer is started up for the first time.
Solution
Press and hold the Power button for about 10 seconds to force shut down the computer, then restart your computer and check whether the issue is resolved.
