What is the Safe mode?

Safe mode is considered an alternative solution for the factory reset in most cases especially if the issue is related to a third party application.

After you install a third-party apps on your phone and this app is not compatible with the system, your phone may not work properly and you may face some problems in your phone, If you encounter such problems, you can enter Safe mode to see if the basic functions of the system work correctly, and check for and uninstall the third-party apps that are incompatible with your phone.

How do I enter Safe mode?

Turn off your device then press the power button then after a few second you will see Huawei logo starts to animate then press volume down until the phone enters the home screen.

When your screen shows Safe mode, it means that the phone has entered Safe mode.

How do I exit Safe mode?

Restart your phone.
