Problem

The kids watch is located slowly and the watch responds slowly after I refresh its location.

Cause

When the watch is being located, the cloud will request the watch to report its location and send the location information to the map server, which then sends the location information to the HUAWEI FamCare app. Manually locating the watch may take longer if the network of your phone/watch is slow or unstable.

Solution

Go to an area with a good network signal and touch on the home screen of the HUAWEI FamCare app to manually locate the watch.
