Upgrading the system to Windows Pro again after using the F10 factory reset feature

 
  • Before upgrading the system, make sure that you have the Windows Pro product key. The product key should be in the order email for your purchase, or on the package that the Windows DVD or USB came in.
  • After using F10 to reset the system, Windows Home will need to be activated on your computer before you can upgrade the system to Windows Pro again. Your computer will activate the Windows Home system once it is connected to the Internet.

  1. Press Win+I to open the Settings screen, and go to System > About.

  2. Click Product key and activation.

  3. Click Change next to Change product key.

  4. Enter the product key, click Next, and follow the onscreen instructions to re-activate Windows 10 Pro.
