And this Activity can last only when the stock is available, so first come, first served.

1.2 Participation Conditions
- A: Hello, if there is an in-warranty man-made damage or an
out-of-warranty
mainboard fault when using the device, and also no private disassembly or repair has
been detected, then you can participate in this Activity. The detection results
should be subject to the Service Center.
Note: The Service Center will detect the out-of-warranty mainboard faults, which include but not limited to the following issues:
- The device has no signals;
- The Bluetooth or Wi-Fi cannot be connected;
- The device cannot be charged.

- A: The “Mainboard Fixed-Price Activity” only uses the original mainboards, and all the engineers of Huawei Authorized Service Centers have been through product trainings and verifications of professional repair abilities. Moreover, all these changed mainboards will be offered at least 90 days warranty. Please feel free to enjoy.

2.5 Can I participate in this Activity during the Service Day?

2.6 How much time is needed to change the mainboard?
- A: The required time for changing the mainboards should be subject to the actual needs of Huawei Customer Service Center. If needed, you can apply for the loan phone from the Service Center during changing the mainboard.

3.2 What to do if the problems persist after changing the phone mainboard?
- A: If your phone still has mainboard-related issues after changing a new one, please go to the nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for detection. If the mainboard is within warranty and the device is detected to have a non-human performance fault, the Service Center will change a new mainboard for free.

3.3 Why my phone cannot participate in this Activity?
- A: We’re sorry that your phone is not covered this time. However this is the first batch of models launched with this activity. Please stay tuned on HiCare for more models to be launched in future.

3.4 Can the invoice be issued after participating in this Activity?
- A: You can issue an e-invoice or a paper invoice. And the Huawei Authorized Service Center will issue the invoice based on the actual repair payment. Normally, the invoice will be issued within the business hours, however, it may be extended for one to two days during the period of declaring dutiable goods at the beginning or end of each month, and even it could be extended for three to five days if the Service Center has used all the invoices. Anyway, if you meet the special situations and cannot acquire the invoice, the Service Center will come and communicate to find an agreed solution. Please understand.
