Terms & Conditions

1. HUAWEI Care+ provide consumers with repairs for their mobiles which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or liquid penetration.

2. Consumers can purchase HUAWEI Care+ for their mobiles for 1 Year or HUAWEI Care+ for 2 Years.

3. HUAWEI Care+ for 1 Year provide consumers with one repair for their mobiles which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or liquid penetration during one year from device’s purchasing date as well as free life-time software support.

4. HUAWEI Care+ for 2 Years provide consumers with two repairs for their mobiles which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or liquid penetration during 2 years from device’s purchasing date, official warranty for 2 years.

5. The battery is eligible for replacement if the maximum capacity falls below 85%. You can check this by navigating go to Settings - Battery - Battery Health - Maximum Capacity.

6. Consumer will bear a nominal fee when get benefit from HUAWEI Care+,  79 for each repair.

7. Consumer can purchase HUAWEI Care+ with the new device as an attached protection service or within 14 days from purchasing date.

8. Customer can get benefit from this service from any HUAWEI Authorized Service Center in United Arab Emirates.

Terms & Conditions

1. HUAWEI Care+ provide consumers with repairs for their foldable devices which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or liquid penetration.

2. Consumers can purchase HUAWEI Care+ for their foldable devices for 1 Year or HUAWEI Care+ for 2 Years, except Mate XT | ULTIMATE DESIGN which has only HUAWEI Care+ for 1 Year which only cover the Screen.

3. HUAWEI Care+ for 1 Year provide consumers with one repair for their foldable devices which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or liquid penetration during one year from device’s purchasing date as well as free life-time software support.

4. HUAWEI Care+ for 2 Years provide consumers with two repairs for their mobiles which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or liquid penetration during 2 years from device’s purchasing date, official warranty for 2 years.

7. HUAWEI Care+ for Mate XT丨ULTIMATE DESIGN protects only the screen for only one year whcih includes one time accidental damaged screen repair from date of purchase which can't be extended.

8. Consumer bear a nominal fees for repairing the device under the coverage of HUAWEI Care+, the nominal fees are  699 for Mate XT丨ULTIMATE DESIGN screen's repair,  499 to repair other foldable devices.

9. Consumer can purchase HUAWEI Care+ with the new device as an attached protection service or within 14 days from purchasing date.

10. Customer can get benefit from this service from any HUAWEI Authorized Service Center in United Arab Emirates.

3. HUAWEI Care+ for 1 Year provide consumers with one repair for their tablets which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or liquid penetration during one year from device's purchasing date as well as free life-time software support.

4. HUAWEI Care+ for 2 Years provide consumers with two repairs for their mobiles which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or liquid penetration during 2 years from device’s purchasing date, official warranty for 2 years.

Terms & Conditions

1. HUAWEI Care+ provides consumers with repair coverage for their PCs in the event of accidental damage, including drops, impacts, squeezes, or liquid penetration.

2. Consumers may purchase HUAWEI Care+ for their PCs for 2 or 3 Years.

3. HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) includes coverage for up to two repairs due to accidental damage (drops, impacts, squeezes, or liquid penetration) within two years from the device's purchase date. It also includes the standard 2-year official warranty.

4. HUAWEI Care+ (3 Years) includes coverage for up to two repairs due to accidental damage (as defined above) within three years from the device's purchase date. It also includes the standard 3-year official warranty and one free battery replacement in the third year, if the battery capacity drops below 80%.

5. HUAWEI Care+ covers a maximum of two repairs during the service period, depending on the plan purchased (2-Year or 3-Year HUAWEI Care+).

6. A nominal fee of  79 will be charged for each repair under the HUAWEI Care+ service.

7. HUAWEI Care+ can be purchased with the new device as an attached protection service or within 14 days of the purchase date.

8. Customers can access HUAWEI Care+ services through any HUAWEI Authorized Service Center in the United Arab Emirates.
