Perform the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check the filename extension
Please check the filename.extension of the email attachment. If the filename extension is missing, the file is damaged.
2. Try using a more stable network and downloading the file again
If the network is disconnected while the file is being downloaded, the file will be damaged. Try using a more stable network, download the file again, and try opening it.
3. Download and save to File manager, and open the file
Touch the right of the attachment file, select Save File, and open Files to view the file. You can also open Files, touch Browse on the menu bar at the bottom, and touch the corresponding attachment type to view the attachment. It takes time to synchronise the newly-downloaded file. If you cannot find the downloaded attachment, close Files and open it again.
4. Check whether an app designed to open this file has been installed
Check the file format, and make sure that you have installed an appropriate app to open the file on your phone/tablet.
