Huawei In-home Service
All Huawei phones come with Huawei’s standard in-box warranty. The Huawei warranty is offered in addition to your statutory

The Huawei In-home Service is a separate premium service through which Huawei will provide home service to P10 and P10
plus customers only in Dhaka City. For warranty handset customer does not need to pay any amount. For out of warranty
handset customer just needs to pay spare parts price and service charge 500 BDT. There is no extra charge for In-home
service.
If you request for In-home service, Huawei concern person will communicate with you for appointment. As per your given
time and address he will meet with you and take the handset. If its software related problem he will solve instantly.
If its hardware related problem, then he will bring the handset to service centre and after repair he will deliver
the handset to you as well.

If you do not wish to book the Huawei In-home Service you can visit our service centre to avail repair service.
Huawei In-home service - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligible handsets:
Models mentioned in in-home service page.
2. Service Area:
Only within Dhaka City.
3. Data Backup:
Before submit the In-home service request you must have to back up your data by yourself. Huawei is not responsible for
any data lost issue.
4. Warranty card:
You need to provide warranty card along with the handset to the Huawei concern person.
5. Receive copy/Voucher:
Huawei concern person will give you a voucher during handset receiving time. You must need to keep that voucher and have
to return that back, during delivery time.
6. Charges for Out of warranty handset:
You have to pay only spare parts price and service charge 500 BDT. No extra cost for In-home service.
Huawei will not be liable for any loss or damage caused wholly or mainly by your breach of these Conditions.
Nothing in these Conditions shall exclude or limit Huawei’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from our
negligent acts or omissions or those of our servants, agents or employees.
If either party cannot do what we have promised because of something beyond our reasonable control such as lightning,
flood, exceptionally severe weather, fire, explosion, war, civil disorder, industrial disputes, acts or omissions of
persons for whom we are not responsible, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities, such
party will not be liable for this.
Data Protection
Huawei will collect certain personal information to provide you with the In-home Service. This personal information will
form part of a record of your dealings with us.
When you contact us, we may ask for certain personal information to be able to check your identity and we may make a
note of this contact if it is relevant to your record. We will keep personal information given to us by you or others
during your relationship with us and other affiliated group companies. The information collected shall be used in accordance

Your personal information may be disclosed to reputable third party companies who will deliver the Door to Door Service.
We require all such third parties to treat your personal information as fully confidential, secure any personal information
received and they may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Huawei.
If you give us information about another person, you confirm they have given you permission to provide it to us and for
us to be able to process their personal information.
Additional Terms
In-warranty repairs will be subject to the terms the Huawei warranty as they apply to the Original Phone.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government,
or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability
of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
You may not but we may assign, change or otherwise dispose of rights under this agreement. Any attempt by you to do so
shall be void.
