If you are using a nano-SIM card self-cut from a micro-SIM card, the dimensions of the card may not fit the card tray. As a result, you cannot insert the SIM card into the card tray, or you may find it difficult to insert or remove the SIM card into or from the card tray.
Ensure that the SIM card is inserted in the correct direction.
While inserting a SIM card, keep the notch on the SIM card in the same direction as the notch on the tray.

Visit a service centre of your carrier to replace your SIM card with a standard one, and try again.
The SIM card can't be removed from the card tray.
