If the indicator is steady white, the charger stand is charging your phone. If there is interference from a metal object such as a key or coin during charging, the indicator will flash quickly to indicate that there is something wrong.

The thickness of the phone case must not exceed 3 mm. Make sure that there are no metal objects between the wireless charger stand and your phone. To charge your phone with its case on, make sure that the case is not metallic. It is recommended that you use a Huawei protective case. HUAWEI P40 Pro Game Case does not support wireless charging.
Maximum wireless charging power (40 W) is guaranteed only for HUAWEI phones that support 40 W charging with the charger stand connected to a power source via HUAWEI USB Type-C to Type-C cable and HUAWEI SuperCharge 65 W (20V / 3.25A) adapter (included in the package version).

a. The actual charging power may vary according to conditions. Charging power ratings are subject to actual usage conditions.
b. For HUAWEI P40 Pro+ and HUAWEI Mate 40 series the maximum wireless charging power is 40 W. This charging power is guaranteed only with the charger stand connected to a power source via HUAWEI USB Type-C to Type-C cable and HUAWEI SuperCharge 65 W (20V / 3.25A) adapter (included in the package version).
c. For HUAWEI Mate 30 series and HUAWEI P40 Pro the maximum wireless charging power is 27 W. This charging power is guaranteed only with the charger stand connected to a power source via HUAWEI USB Type-C to Type-C cable and HUAWEI adapter (at least 40 W). (USB Type-C to Type-C cable and HUAWEI SuperCharge 65 W (20V / 3.25A) adapter included in the package version).
The stand will automatically switch to ultra-silent mode from 21:00 to 07:00.
The standard version requires a charger and a data cable to support (sold separately). The package version comes with a HUAWEI SuperCharge 65 W (20V / 3.25A) adapter and a HUAWEI USB Type-C to Type-C cable.
