A: Yes, you can, the availability of spare part is subject to the actual stock of the HUAWEI customer service center you visit.
Q: Does this campaign limit times of participation?
A: There is no limitation for New Look for Your Favorite and Regenerate Your Device, while for Free Cleaning & Disinfection and Free Holiday Gift, one device can only participate in for once during the applicable period.
Q: How can I participate in HUAWEI Service Annual Giving Season?
A: You are required to walk in the designated HUAWEI customer service centers to participate during the campaign.
Q: Are screen/back cover protectors applied to all models?
A: No, screen/back cover protectors support phones with screen size smaller than or equal to 7'', and we kindly recommend you to consult the film protector stock of the specific HUAWEI customer service center before you arrive.
Q: The screen/back cover protectors come with warranty?
A: No, we recommend you to check if there is any issue like air bubbles, dust specks or wrong positioning before leave the customer service center. Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
Q: What are the differences between the screen protectors offered in this campaign and HUAWEI Service Day?

Q: The spare parts used for repair are original spare parts?
A: Please be assured that only original spare parts will be used for authorized repair by HUAWEI.
Q: Why can’t I find my model and spare part in this campaign?
A: Sorry, only partial spare parts are applicable in this campaign. We kindly recommend you to query the spare parts prices that you need in Support App.
Q: If my model and spare part is eligible, can it get repair as long as I go to the service centers?
A: We kindly recommend you to consult the stock of the participating service center that you plan to visit and make an appointment in advance before you arrive.
Q: The replaced spare parts come with warranty?
A: Yes, the replaced spare parts get 90 days manufacture warranty from the date the device is repaired.

Q: How does this Free Cleaning & Disinfection proceed on my device?
A: Our professional staffs will clean up the exterior of your device with the cleaning suite and then disinfect your device for 3 minutes by UV light which will not affect the device’s performance.
Q: My HUAWEI device is out of warranty now, can I get Free Cleaning & Disinfection?
A: Yes, this activity is applicable for all customers who have the need to cleanup and disinfect their HUAWEI Mobile Phone, Tablet, Laptop, Smart Watch, Band, Freebuds .
Q: How long will the Free Cleaning & Disinfection take?
A: Usually it takes 15 minutes, while it will be subject to the actual situation of the service center that you visit.
Q: Will Free Cleaning & Disinfection eliminate all bacteria, germs and viruses?
A: Free Cleaning & Disinfection is a normal handling rather than medical disinfection, so not all bacteria, germs and viruses might be eliminated.
Q: I have more than one HUAWEI device, can I get Free Cleaning & Disinfection for all of them?
A: Yes, for sure.
Q: What kind of gift customers may get for free?
