| Swing data is not recorded or swings are incorrectly identified in Driving range |
Problem
The user is doing the Driving range while wearing their wearable device, but swing data is not recorded or swings are incorrectly identified.
Cause
- If you swing but do not hit a ball, no swing data will be recorded.
- If you wear your watch too loosely or shake your hand when swinging, swing data may not be recorded.
- Non-standard swing motions, insufficient strength, the club being held above the head for a long time, and swing motions not being done fluently may result in swing data not being recorded or swings being identified incorrectly.
Solution
We recommend that you wear the watch relatively tightly on the hand that's holding the club while doing the Driving range and follow the demonstration on the watch to swing and hit the ball. Slowly swing up to the top of your head, quickly swing down, and hit the ball with force, with the up and down swing motions as natural and fluent as possible.
Thanks for your feedback.
