Unable to add FreeBuds series earphones to HUAWEI Music

Problem

FreeBuds series earphones can't be added to the HUAWEI Music app.

Solution

After connecting the earphones to a phone, you can adjust and set the sound effects in the AI Life app. To do so, open the AI Life app, open the earphones card, touch Sound effects, and select the desired sound effects.

 
  • FreeBuds 5, FreeBuds 5i, WATCH Buds, and FreeBuds Pro 2 series earphones will soon support HUAWEI Music. Please stay tuned for future HUAWEI Music updates, and update at your earliest convenience.
  • FreeBuds SE 2 does not support the HUAWEI Music app.
