Problem:
The user is unable to activate the Nol card or download the Nol card from the cloud.
Cause:
If an Nol card has been activated on your phone, you may not be able to enable the Nol card or download the Nol card from the cloud.
Solution:
Check whether you have activated an Nol card. If so, remove the Nol card from the original device and activate it again or activate it after the Nol card has been activated or migrated from the cloud.
