Problem
When the watch/band suddenly moves from a bright environment to a dark environment, or from a dark environment to a bright environment, the screen suddenly becomes bright or dark.
Solution
The band/watch is equipped with an ambient optical sensor, which automatically adjusts the screen brightness based on ambient light changes to provide an optimal visual experience. This automatic adjustment not only improves your visual experience, but also optimises image display while reducing power consumption of the display and prolonging the battery and display lifespan. This is normal and does not affect your normal use. If the brightness adjustment does not meet your needs, you can manually adjust the screen brightness.
If the issue persists, back up your data and then take your device and proof of purchase to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
