Take the watch somewhere else and try again

Check whether the SIM card of the watch is working properly

  • Ensure that the SIM card has been inserted into the watch properly.
  • Insert another SIM card into the watch and check whether the watch's network signal is strong. If so, it indicates an issue with the original watch's SIM card. In this case, contact your network provider to check the service or replace the SIM card.
