Unable to lift or lower the monitor screen

Problem

The monitor screen cannot be lifted or lowered after the monitor is taken out of the box.

Cause

The black holder has not been removed.

Solution (Reply)

After the monitor is taken out of the box, remove the black holder from the support and then lift or lower the monitor screen. (The black holder is a single-use part and can be removed.)

  1. There is a black holder on the back of the monitor.
  2. Press the black holder downwards in the direction of the arrow in step 1 and pull it out in the direction of the arrow in step 2.

  3. Try lifting and lowering the monitor screen.
