How to diagnose issues with the display of the HUAWEI Vision

1. In Optimiser, go to Smart Diagnosis > Display.

2. Select Start as prompted.

3. After the images are played, perform the following operations as prompted:

• If the images are displayed properly, select normal.
• If the images are displayed abnormally, select Not normal.

  Select One-touch repair as prompted. After the repair is complete, select Check again to view what the images look like. You can select Done to end the test.

  If there is still a display issue after the repair, you can rectify the fault in either of the following ways:

  Check for system updates in Settings > System > Software update on the HUAWEI Vision.

  Restore the HUAWEI Vision to its factory settings in Settings > General > Advanced > DISABLE > Reset (this will erase your personal data).

  

  You can click More services in the upper right corner to dial the hotline or scan the QR code on the screen to get technical support.

• If you are not sure about the display, select Check again.
