Issue Description:

 The external monitor shown flickering or erratic while using the device on External mode.

Cause:

This issue is caused by version 27.20.1008 of the Intel graphics card driver.

 

Solution:

1.      In Windows, click the Start button. Press Enter to display the Device Manager. Under Display Adapters, right-click the graphics card model and choose Properties in the context menu. On the Driver tab > click Uninstall > select the check box to eliminate the driver software, and click OK

2.     Please Download the Matebook14_31.0.101.4032 Intel® Graphics   Driver 31.0.101.4032 for Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics and Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics.

3.     After download is completed, install the package GFX_win_101.4032 this driver is certified by Microsoft and will not be overwritten by PC Manager.

4.     After the installation completed, restart the device and connect your device with the External monitor and select Extend mode on your device by pressing Press F8 key.

 

 

 

Note: If the issue persists, back up your data and bring your computer and proof of purchase to the nearest Huawei Service Center for assistance.
