We may collect and process the following personal data about you including First name, Last name, email address and HUAWEI ID.

2. How we use your data

(1)     Validating registration: on the basis of your consent, we process your first name, last name, email address and Huawei ID to enable you to validate your registration.

(2)     When your reservation is successful, you will be notified by email.

3. How we share your data

(1)   Transfer outside the Australia:

·         The data is stored in the server in Singapore, with operation team based in Singapore.

·         When you register with your HUAWEI ID, your HUAWEI ID account information will be sent to our server in Singapore.

Huawei complies with all applicable legal requirements to safeguard Australia personal data transferred or accessed outside of the Australia.

(2)   Sharing with Huawei partners:

We will share your personal data with Huawei Experience Store partners for the course management. In such a case, the partners designated by Huawei may use your personal data only for the purpose of providing such services to the user on behalf of Huawei and may not use the data for other purposes.

4. How long we retain your data

Your Personal Data will be retained for 2 years from the time when you submit the course reservation application. After this period, your personal data will be deleted, unless there is a different legal provision.
