When trying to watch in-game videos using Steam, the videos cannot be played in full-screen. This is due to the fact that the scaling and the items size is not set to ”100%” in Windows, causing incompatibility issues between the Windows system and the Steam app.To solve the issue, change the scaling and the items size for the Steam app.1. Right-click Steam and go to Properties > Compatibility.2. Select Change high DPI settings and tick the box next to Override high DPI scaling behaviour.3. Select System under Scaling performed by, click OK and restart the Steam app.4. Click CONTINUE when a message indicates that Steam is being run in a Windows-compatible manner.
